Children succeed in securing Indefinite Leave to enter the UK when their father only has limited leave.
Client only had discretionary leave to remain in the UK as the spouse of an British national. He applied for his children from his late first wife to join him as his dependants. We successfully argued that the step mother was a 'parent' for purposes of the rules and that the children should get indefinite leave in line with her, albeit, that their biological parent still only had limited leave.
