If you claimed asylum before March 2007 your case may form part of the legacy and we recommend that you take legal advice
Our client's legacy claim was refused and we assisted him in successfully challenging that decision by Judicial Review.  The UKBA then granted our client 3 years discretionary leave.  We again successfully assisted our client in challenging the UKBA's decision to only grant him discretionary leave and not indefinite leave.  The client has now been granted permanent rights of residence.

If you claimed asylum before March 2007 your case may form part of the legacy cases.  If you have had a decision refusing you leave, have not had a decision on your legacy claim as yet or have only been granted 3 years discretionary leave then we recommend that you seek legal advice.
