Abigail Sarfatti wins another deportation appeal. Abigail successfully represented her EEA national client who had been failed by her previous representative. The client's former representative failed to lodge her appeal against deportation and she contacted Abigail when she was detained with a view to being deported immediately. A late appeal was lodged for the client and the Tribunal were persuaded to accept the late appeal. Immediate removal was also averted following which the client won her substantive appeal.
