Alex Beadon successfully represented Kurdish client who has been refused asylum on a number of occasions previously. He assisted the client with a fresh claim application which was refused with no right of appeal. The decision was successfully challenged by way of judicial review with the SSHD agreeing to make a new decision. The SSHD still proceeded to refuse the application but this time with a right of appeal. The client then won his asylum appeal bringing to an end a 12 year battle to secure refugee status.
