Client faced immediate removal following 'sham marriage' allegations.
Succeeded in Judicial Review challenge to stop client's removal pending his appeal against refusal of his application for an EU residence permit. Also succeeded in substantive appeal persuading Tribunal that the relationship was genuine. <br />
